Babe Scott Instant HotelABOUT BABE

Babe Scott was once described as “like Nigella Lawson’s drunk inbred cousin” – a compliment she cherishes to this day. That being said, this margarita loving minx is rarely seen without her favourite cocktail in hand. Babe claims she’s on the Margarita 12-step program and says “I try never to be more than 12 steps from a Margarita.”

Babe combined her love of interior design and her favourite drink in her latest renovation “Adventures in Margaritaville.” This apartment is featured in the new TV series Instant Hotel which sees Babe and her design-savvy daughter Bondi compete for the title of “Best Instant Hotel.” This dynamic duo have renovated and styled a number of abodes in Sydney and Manhattan.

Apart from being a decor diva, Babe is also a kitchen vixen and author. Her abtastic cookbook Man Candy and Cupcakes combines two of Babe’s other passions – cupcakes and cute guys. The first goes straight to her thighs while the other she only wishes would. Babe guarantees no one with a pulse and a palate will be able to resist these seductive cupcake recipes, let alone her buffed bakers.

This stove-top siren is also the author of an entertaining guide for the domestically challenged titled The Lazy Hostess. The Lazy Hostess puts the curve into cocktail parties by showing readers how to host a sizzling soiree without stretching the wallet or inducing a stress headache. Babe is also a card-carrying manthropologist, having previously authored Delicious Dating, a book that reveals what you can tell about a man’s mating style from his dining style.

Babe has aired her recipes for fun and flirtation across the US on The Today Show, Good Day New York, Pix11 News, 7 Live San Francisco, Fox 25 Boston, WGN Chicago and a smorgasbord of Australian shows including The Morning Show, Sunrise and Mornings with Kerrie-Anne.
