This lamington cocktail is the perfect drink to serve on Australia Day. It tastes just like a liquid lamington and is the perfect accompaniment to my lamington cupcake recipe. Your taste buds will be swooning with this modern day twist on a classic recipe.
45 ml Malibu
45 ml coconut cream
Strawberries (for garnish)
1. Rim a lowball glass or a martini glass with chocolate topping and desiccated coconut
2. Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Chambord, Malibu, coconut cream and shake. Pour into a rimmed glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
